Makes some of the pages into fluid width pages.

  • when "pull", "compare", or "wiki" are in the url (in the right spot)

If you are browsing a PR and go to the "files changed" tab, the file headers work like an accordion now! Click once to open, click again to close. And opening one doesn't close the others.
