YouTube arrow keys FIX

Fix YouTube keyboard controls (arrow keys) to be more consistent (Left,Right - jump, Up,Down - volume) after page load or clicking individual controls.

جيد If you click on a YouTube video to pause or play it, and then use the up and down arrow keys to adjust the volume, it increases or decreases by 10. Is there a way to modify this?
