Reformat dd/mm/yyyy to yyyy-mm-dd

When you use French language on Google.ca, the date picker in Search Tools is broken and creates unusable dates.
This script adds an event listener to the "Aller" button to rewrite the dates when you mouse over it (i.e., before you click).
