Bypass Paywall (1ft)

Adds a convenient menu bar shortcut to bypass article paywalls with the help of https://1ft.io Also, while viewing the tampermonkey popup menu, you can press "u" to redirect you to the non-paywalled version of the current page.

Note: This script previously used "12ft.io" before switching to "1ft.io" after the previous site was taken offline.
