Add Camelegg graph + link to Newegg product pages.
This will add a Camelegg price history graphs to Newegg product pages below the price.
If you want to change the size of the Camel graph, edit the "width" and "height" variables.
On product pages where Camelegg has not started tracking the price, the graph will be hidden.
This also removes Camel referral links on Camel pages.
