Port the `gitingest-extension` browser extension to Tampermonkey script.

Core Features Ported:

✅ Adds GitIngest button to GitHub repository pages
✅ URL replacement (github.com → gitingest.com or custom URL)
✅ Page navigation detection for SPA routing
✅ Responsive button text (full/short based on screen size)
✅ Proper GitHub styling integration

Settings via Tampermonkey Menu:

Configure custom base URL
Toggle open in new window
Reset settings to defaults

Key Changes:

Replaced WXT storage with Tampermonkey's GM_setValue/GM_getValue
Removed React popup UI (settings now via right-click menu)
Simplified to single file with no external dependencies
Kept all button styling and GitHub integration

The script will automatically inject the GitIngest button on GitHub repository pages and update when navigating between repositories. All settings are accessible through Tampermonkey's menu system.
