Filter bandcamp user collections by popularity

Creates a slider that filters Bandcamp's user album collections by popularity (Number of people who also like that album).
Find the slider in the lower left of any user's page.
Control the BCPop cutoff value with more precision by using the arrow keys after getting in the ballpark with the mouse.
NOTE: Bandcamp slowly loads albums that are off the screen over the course of your visit. This means you might have to wait a bit after changing the cutoff value for albums to appear.
