[Deprecated] Kanka Marketplace Plugin HTML Inserter for Summernote

Adds a button to Summernote that inserts HTML snippets required by Marketplace themes.

    • Now uses jQuery to hook into Summernote's events, which should improve performance and automatically detect Summernote instances wherever they appear on Kanka instead of searching for them manually.
    • Now inserts HTML at the current cursor position rather than at the end of the field, and restores the cursor after insertion. In code view, the inserted HTML will be selected (highlighted) and sit on a new line for better legibility.

    Known issue: Some editors aren’t properly identified in Kanka so the script doesn’t know it should run. Requested a fix in Kanka.
