A script for MangaNelo that allow navigation between chapters with the left and right arrow keys & resizing chpater images with the press of the up arrow key.

Whelp with kissmanga being most likely dead, I have moved over to MangaNelo for the time being, and so I made my scripts for kissmanga work on it. Good thing this is a simple script and not anything complicated lol
