Shell Shockers Server Dropdown Restorer

Puts back the server dropdown which was removed from the game some years ago. Has two modes, works with latest interface.

OK Blocks the game drop-down(up). Even if I scroll down and click the drop-down, it still renders under the server location drop-down.
