Rtings Open Shopping Links in New Tab Only

This is a simple script that will open shopping links like Amazon, BestBuy, BH Photo, etc in new tabs. For some reason, Rtings doesn't open these links in new tabs currently and can be quite frustrating. This aims to fix that.
