The goal of this script is to remove the distracting stuffs around the shoutbox.

Here are what it does:

Remove the new torrents box.
Remove the football betting box.
Remove both the theme and the theme drop-down list.
Remove the warning below the text field.
Center the shoutbox.
Scale the height of the shoutbox to window size on load.
Add a button to toggle the state of the emoticon selection drop-down list.
Combine Voz emoticon collection and Rage emoticon collection and set as default.
Focus the text field on load.
