Add filters for GitHub homepage news feed items.

This script also works for organizations.

        • Deleted

      • Tag

        • Added
        • Removed

    • Starred

    • Wiki

      • Edited

  • Repositories

    • Variable on the repos currently in your news list.

  • Users

    • Variable on the users currently in your news list.
