By popular demand, the simplified permalinks from WME KeepMyLayers has been made a stand-alone script (at least until Toolbox updates theirs).

*** If you already use KeepMyLayers, you do not need to install this script.***

Update KmL to the latest version if you do not see the option in the KmL preference pane.
