A userscript that adds a link to update your fork

The userscript adds an "Update fork" link to the top of forked repo file list (see screenshot).
Clicking on the update fork link takes you to a page that allows you to compare changes & create a pull request:

https://github.com/{user}/{repo}/compare/{branch}...{owner-repo}:{branch}
