FEATURES
[x] Highlight entire search text after pressing 'Enter'. (Begin typing the next word immediately without having to delete the previous word.)
[x] Begin typing from anywhere in the page to search words. (One does not need to remember to click inside the search bar.)
[x] Reveal the search bar when one begins to type so one can see what one is typing.

NB. Script is disabled on https://dictionary.cambridge.org/plus/quiz/* sites to not interfere with quiz taking activities a user may wish to engage in.
