Removes the "Important" section in the YouTube notification menu, putting the notifications whithin it back to their appropriate position in the notification list.

Removes YouTube's Important section in the notifications tab. Notifications are put back into the regular menu in chronological order (though mild mid-ups might occur).
Theoretically works in most languages (though I haven't tested).
