I can't figure out how this script works.. Help Please! I really cant see it doing anything.. please give me a practical example.

Bad Line breaking... When I right-click, I get nothing out of the ordinary--nothing changes. Could this script warning be the problem? If not, what IS this warning about? Please see attached PNG. ...
