Latest Youtube rollout makes it so, when I use this script, none of the lower frames are loaded. Only video playback is visible and accessible. Please update the script. ^.^

OK preferPremium does not work. It used to work, but now, setting it to true (which is the default) does nothing. The video plays in non-Premium 1080p resolution. All settings are default.

ytPlayer.getPlaybackQuality would be "unknown" if you get it too early, in this case targetRes would be set even if it is actually unavailable.
