Makes Game System Requirements look the way it did before the redesign (Dec 2021).

Options:
- Blue Theme: brings back the original navy blue coloristics
- Compact Game Details: restores requirements column layout; reduces the size of game header and other elements
- Extra Game Notes: leave the extra req notes section intact, remove it or show it only on mouse over
