Puts the betting status of the person in their avatar

6/20/09 - I have made the script apply on PM's, replies, and user profiles! Also officially gave it a release number of 1.0!
7/4/09 - Fixed the bug for when you created folders in pm's. Also linked "Bettor Status" to the actual lists.
8/10/09 - fixed a bug for names in pm's to match a change on jsp's website
9/2/09 - version 2.0 released, made it more object oriented
10/9/09 - fixed include pages dictated by the site
12/24/09 - version 2.5 released, sum'ed up the main page and added a fieldset for details on status
12/3/10 - added med list
