Merge adult results of sleazyfork into greasyfork when the script is no longer anonymously available, add rating score and version for scripts then

It will filter some useless scripts(for me), you can disable by uncheck the checkbox right of the script list. It will also add a "Install" button on scripts list. It support some autopager scripts.
