По замовчуванню стандартний adbloсk не блокує рекламу зліва в меню і в ручному режимі складно заблокувати рекламу в новинах

а скрипт vkAdblockJS це робить автоматично

потрібно встановити спочатку розширення Tampermonkey для Google Chrome або для Mozilla Firefox або для Opera
