Fixes encoded ampersands on Wayback Machine's captures graph and problems that arise when trailing slashes are missing in an URL

  • v1.4.0 2016.09.22. Improved URL fixing function, every attribute of a node is scanned for URLs, relative to absolute function no longer makes a request every time it's called
