Был когда-то давно был на Лепрозории юзерскрипт Lepra Total Comments. Помимо прочего, позволял отобразить лишь лучшие комментарии в посте.
Потом систему комментариев изменили и скрипт сломался. Стало грустно жить и написал новый, рабочий.
