v2.0 added the ability to de-syn a selected tag from its canonical, if it had 0 uses. it warns if the tag won't rake.
v3.0 added the ability to choose fandoms which will be applied, while all other fandoms on the selected tag are being removed. this moves tags between fandoms, instead of only applying additional fandoms (which the regular wrangle interface would do).
