Adds a PM button beside peoples' posts on the gfaqs message board. Split off from Quick Edit + Quick PM into its own script, by popular demand (rather, this was the unpopular one). Quick Edit can be found here: https://greatest.deepsurf.us/scripts/591-gamefaqs-quick-edit

In addition, some users have said they've had issues with it not sending PMs properly, though the issues seem intermittent and I can't manage to reproduce any of them. Use at your own risk, or if you aren't super confident take a look in your outbox after sending to see if the send really did go through.
