Added support for Google Play; implemented alternative highlighting mode

A number of small fixes

• fixed scraping bugs in Lists
• fixed errors caused by Steam removing unplayed free games from their website
• fixed editing glitches in Custom data form (note: there's now a tiny delay when clicking form buttons)
• implemented templates for populating Custom data form (Steam or Android; for Steam, you'll only need to copy app ID now)
• added support for /profiles/<id>/* Steam pages
• added "Remove cached posters" script menu item on PSN pages
• updated image CDN prefix for PSN [You'll want to rescan your collection & remove cached posters!]
• changed DekuDeals behaviour from scraping all games to scraping current page (since full collection isn't always available)
• added "Reset image data" script menu item on DekuDeals collection page [It removes all image data!]
• added "Prune removed games" script menu item on DekuDeals collection page (it checks which games are no longer listed)

Implemented styling customization for tags (see the Backlog Lists section); added 'VC4000' platform name (RA)
