Adds features to Survev.io (remake of Surviv.io)

Includes:
FPS counter
Permanent kill counter (left side of the screen so it doesn't interfere with heals/ammo on small monitors)
Helpful info on cursor

Coming in next patch:
Mod settings button on main screen
Probably some font and color settings


I am aware ammo and adren shows on main screen ill fix it when i feel like it
