Supported image hosts:
Customization of upload/rehost hosts chain via upload_hosts, rehost_hosts local storage entries.
Defaults to all supported platforms, to not use specific host remove it from the chain. List order is honoured in fallback cascade.
User credentials to set (via local storage):
PTOPIMG.me: ptpimg_api_key (auto-configured on first use)
Malzo.com: malzo_uid, malzo_password
imgBB.com: imgbb_uid, imgbb_password
Catbox.moe: catbox_userhash
ImgBox.com: imgbox_uid, imgbox_password
ImageVenue.com: imagevenue_uid, imagevenue_password
jerking.empornium.ph: empornium_uid, empornium_password
Imgur.com: not implemented for laziness
