To help monitor the hippy/frat war; adds a notice to the charpane in KOL of the current image numbers, updating after each charpane refresh.
This is for the Kingdom of Loathing browser game. It does a check every time your character pane reloads to verify the state of the frat/hippy battlefield and show you the state of the image numbers.
