Helper class for loading account subscriptions

Helper class for extracting lists of subscriptions by loading them in a sandbox and returning a formatted list.
This helper is site agnostic, provides progress indications and can have multiple configurations to target different types of subscriptions.
It is referring subscriptions as targets but essentially it is a list extractor and can be used for other uses as well.
