Moves the UR and place update windows down and to the right so the town name and FUME buttons are not covered up
WME UR window covers up the town name and despite it being reported as a bug, still hasn't been fixed. Rick Zabel's original ShowTown script shifted the UR window down a little to show the town name.
In summer 2025, WME UR window shifted left more, covering up the FUME buttons, so TxAgBQ updated the script and renamed it to WME ShowTown.
