The Bookmarks table is now excluded from pages where this script can run.

• Looks like support for the Tag entity list broke the other entity types. Fixed.
• In Tag entity lists, if the Tag column was placed after the Subtags column via custom insertAfter values, the script got confused and failed to add the tags to the intended column.
• Minor optimizations.

Added support for the Tags entity list, since tags will become taggable in the next Kanka release. Remember to update your insertAfter setting if you’ve changed it!
