Redirect all medium.com blogs to https://medium.rest/query-by-url?urlPost= to unlock the paywall. The check is performed in the page headers so subdomains and external domains are correctly redirected too (for example this blog "osintteam.blog" doesn't have "medium.com" in the url but it's correctly redirected)
