Merge adult results of sleazyfork into greasyfork when the script is no longer anonymously available, add rating score and version for scripts then

It will filter some useless scripts(for me), you can disable by uncheck the checkbox right of the scripts list.
One "Install" button will be added on scripts list.
Most autopager scripts (like Super-preloader) are supported.
