Adds a button to Redlib (previously Libreddit) instances to redirect to a new instance.

Libreddit instances are struggling under the new Reddit API limits. Many of them are returning rate limit errors. Use this userscript to easily hop between instances to mitigate this.
https://greatest.deepsurf.us/en/scripts/470864-new-instance-button-for-libreddit/ is set up to automatically pull from this repo (using webhooks) to update.
