Display the time stared at for GitHub repositories on the repository page.
This is a tampermonkey script that can show the star time of a github repository.
visit https://github.com/settings and create a new token with permission.
Settings/Developer settings/Personal access tokens
Create Fine-grained token with permission: "Metadata" repository permissions (read) and "Starring" user permissions (read)
