Translate ship names and menu items on db.kcwiki.org
This userscript will translate ship names, equipment names, and a small set of other items on the poi-statistics website.
This script optionally supports marking ships not owned by the player, by importing a list of ships from KC3Kai.
Naturally, this will need to be repeated each time your ship roster is updated.
(Note, only heartlocked ships are counted.)
Translations are loaded from KC3Kai sources on GitHub (a mirror, actually), so they should be as up to date as KC3Kai is.
There is a rare issue with the Unowned Ship Marking feature, where all ships will be marked as unowned. Simply reloading the page usually fixes the issue.
After major updates it may be necessary to wipe the data the script stores locally. In Chrome/Tampermonkey: More Tools -> Extensions -> Tampermonkey Options -> Click "PoiDBTrans" -> Click "Factory Reset" button (middle, sawtooth-like icon). If you loaded any owned ship data, you will need to re-load it after this.
Sometimes when PoiDB make major updates (such as to support a new event) this can cause strange errors. Clearing your cache (or doing a reload bypassing cache, Ctrl-Shift-R in Chrome) should fix this.
Do not use any whole-page translation (such as Google Translate) alongside this script, they will not play well together.
I can't promise to keep this script updated or add new features, but it is public domain. Feel free to fork and do what you like with it.
