* Tightened URL matching so the Split button doesn’t appear in other forms.

V2 changelog:

• Updated to the new Kanka 1.16 Theming page.
• Now that the form cannot be saved with a keyboard shortcut, I have disabled the Save button while CSS is split to prevent losing changes. The large warning at the top has been removed accordingly.
• The Split/Merge button has been moved to the bottom, closer to the new Save button.
• Space trimming is now applied to the section name inputs, and the inconsistent input length on new section names has been fixed.
• Editors are now vertically resizable from the bottom right corner (might not be obvious due to the editor theme, but it’s there).
• Minor tweaks and clean-up.

If you use a different CodeMirror theme, remember to carry your changes over after updating the script.
