This script is 100% approved by Elon*.

This script looks for promoted tweets, and automatically blocks their authors, which removes the promoted tweet from your feed, and really any tweet from them at all, but hey, if they had to pay Elon to get you to see their tweets, you know you're better than that. Respect yourself.

This also hides the upsell items in the left and right panes (Twitter Blue and Verified Organizations.)
