[CTRL] + [Left Mouse Button] to translate the element you clicked on (configurable)
In case of default present, click at the text you want to translate with the Ctrl key pressed and wait for the translation to load.
To open your script manager's popup, click the "Open Settings" button. In settings, you may change the language of the translation, configure the combination, or ignore the page or the site by script.
