Vessel Turk

  • Defaults all radio buttons to "no"
  • Calculates the math answer for you
  • Adds keyboard listeners for
    • Enter: submit

  • Defaults selection to "Other"
  • Hides the instructions (can be toggled with the Show/Hide link)
  • Adds keyboard listeners for
    • Numrow 1 or Numpad 1: select "inappropriate"
