YouTube focus player when an arrow key is pressed(exclude"textarea")
Always focuses the video player when up or down is pressed so it doesnt scroll the page but only controls volume.(exclude"textarea")
說明:
*按向上鍵或向下鍵時始終聚焦視訊播放器，因此頁面不會滾動而僅控制音量。
(文字輸入區除外)
*第一次按鍵聚焦，第二次按鍵才會改變音量
*若焦點在聊天室內，frame框架就不同了，無法自動跳回(https://*.youtube.com/live_chat)
*無法去除點了進度條的焦點，要裝下方另一腳本
PS.為修正原本腳本在文字輸入區也會啟用，造成無法正常輸入的BUG，引用下方腳本的排除代碼，等原腳本修正後，本腳本就會消失了
