Plugin for Planets.nu

Adds a button to the map tools to print the current map. Will open a new tab with a jpg that can be printed or saved to disk.
Works with highlighted minerals etc, many scripts should print also (tested with ion storm prediction and map drawing).
Planet names are not printed even if enabled!
