Displays Grok rate limit on screen based on selected model/mode, adapted for new combined high/low effort response structure, with Auto showing high | low and Expert showing high, and update on submit via enter or button click

If using TamperMonkey on chrome you have to enable userscripts
1.Go to chrome://extensions/
2.click details under tampermonkey
3.Enable the Allow User Scripts toggle
4.restart Chrome
