在页面右边添加【回到顶部】【去到底部的按钮】
脚本特点：
1，并非duang的一下，立刻达到顶部或底部，而是变加速
2，不用时，会自动移动到浏览器最右边，指向原来位置，可以还原位置
3，并没有外部链接，安全食用
ps:chrome和firefox下测试正常。如果异常，请尝试升级浏览器。
