Makes the "Shops" button on the Neopets nav bar link to a random shop instead of Neopia Central.
You probably already know where Neopia Central is, so this replaces the "Shops" link to take you to a random shop. Click it if you can't decide on a place to restock at, or are trying to search for a shop with items to see whether or not you've been "restock-banned".
