Redirect spigotmc.org mod pages to modrinth.com when possible
When looking at Minecraft plugins on spigotmc.org, Modrinthify automatically searches modrinth.com for the mod and shows you a redirect button if it finds it.
If you click on that button you will be taken to the plugin's Modrinth project page
It also shows the plugin's donation page when available
