Unlock All Medium.com Blogs Paywalls

Redirect all medium.com blogs to https://medium.rest/query-by-url?urlPost= to unlock the paywall. The check is performed in the page headers so subdomains and external domains are correctly redirected too (for example this blog https://osintteam.blog doesn't have "medium.com" in the url but is correctly redirected)
